Want to see your very own photos in the next version of our most comprehensive and up to date Birding Journal ever? You will be given full credit for your picture each time it is displayed - all across the nation, and all around the world!

Are you a recognized authority on birds or birding? You are welcome to submit your name and e-mail address also. If you are selected as one of our contacts we will place your name, contact information (if you wish), and full credits for your contribution, into the actual software such that it is easily seen by users around the world.

Please read and fully understand the following BEFORE you submit your pictures and/or information.

Any and all policies, rules, regulations, contingencies, time-frames, and so on, regarding this offer are subject to modification and/or exclusion at the discretion of Aurora Binary Systems, Incorporated. Aurora Binary Systems, Incorporated reserves the right to add, delete, remove, modify, change, enhance and/or alter any/all of the policies, rules, regulations, contingencies, time-frames, and so on, regarding these and/or related issues. By submitting any information whatsoever you waive any and all rights to legal action against Aurora Binary Systems, Incorporated, including its officers, appointees, representatives, and assigns. Neither the manufacturer, its suppliers, distributors, or assigns shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, in any way arising out of or relating to this agreement. In the event of action taken against the manufacturer for any reason, any and all proceedings shall be held in the state and locality of the manufacturer. By submitting any information in any form I hereby certify and attest that I have read, fully understand, agree with, and will comply with all statements herein.

Here are a few specifics:

1) You MUST posses full rights to the image(s) that you submit.

2) The image(s) must be created/photographed by you and only you.

3) Your Name must be included with image – for credit purposes.

4) Scientific name must be included with image – properly spelled.

5) Common name must be included with image – properly spelled.

6) Typical location/state/region/country must be included with image.

7) Comments and suggestions regarding the software design and characteristics are welcome. Let us know

what you would like to see in the next version of our Birding Journal software.

8) Images and information must be submitted via e-mail.

9) Images sent via e-mail must be of jpg, gif, or bmp formats only.

10) Only persons with valid e-mail addresses will be notified of information/image selection/rejection results.

11) All submitted information/images becomes the property of Aurora Binary Systems, Incorporated.

12) Images and information will not be returned.

13) Erroneous or missing information may result in rejection of any submitted image(s).

14) We reserve the right to accept and/or reject and/or modify any and/or all images/information at any time.

15) This offer is for a limited time only and is subject to withdrawal at any time without notice.
